I had the opportunity to redesign the visual identity of Stiftung Schönholzer Heide, a green oasis in Berlin offering senior housing solutions, dementia care, and day care services.

Their mission is to meet the evolving needs of the elderly while staying modern and pioneering new approaches. While planning to open up to the local community, they’re shaping the future of elderly care.

For the redesign, I created a minimalist yet vibrant logo that reflects their serene environment and symbolizes the care they provide, giving the foundation a fresh, attractive, and welcoming look while honoring their history.
